Story:
Rutledge was a “Big Shot” back in his days and now he is retired and feeling a bit lost. His befriends Anna who has a shop on the Mall. She and her lover Johnny are building their dreams. It all takes place on the Nicollet Mall. The Ballad of Nicollet Mall is about the journey of letting go and embracing the present. Only on Nicollet Mall, can you sing and dance with the statue of Mary Tyler Moore.
Lyrics by: Check Neerland (Except "Mary is Here" by Betti Battocletti)
